Overview and Requirements
Overview
We make it easy for you to transition your current customers to our Internal Gateway Customer Vault, securely and seamlessly. Our Internal Gateway complies with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) to protect data throughout the payment lifecycle.
Requirements
Data Migration can only occur between PCI-compliant gateways.
Gateways must be fully configured and active for migrations to occur.
All required documentation and obligations required by your source gateway have been fully satisfied.
The 3rd Party Gateway must supply the following:
SFTP server access (preferred), Secure file share solution, or Host/server address
Directory structure
Authentication method (username/password or key-based)
File Name
We will only use the access provided to download the files. All migration files must be encrypted with our PGP public key before being uploaded.
Best practices for naming conventions:
Clearly identifying the merchant's name
Including data type or vault identifier
Using a timestamp or version indicator
Original files may be in any supported format (e.g., .csv, .json, .zip), but the final uploaded file must be PGP-encrypted.
