ACH Rejects

ACH Rejects related to your merchant account will be displayed on the ACH Rejects page and a ticket will be created automatically in order to quickly resolve.

Click the PLUS icon, to see an expanded view with related details.

Select the ticket number to jump to the associated support ticket and provide response & resolve.
